All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail within 3 to 8 business days. 

• Returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt of items. 

• To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unused, unscented, without stains of any kind or makeup. The piece must have its tag in place and be in the same conditions in which it was received.

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your item and whether your return was approved or rejected.

• Shipping costs are not refundable, these will be covered by the customer when returning an item. 

• Zativa Boutique does not refund money, you will receive a store credit to use within 30 days.

• Items on sale will not be accepted for return or exchange, as well as designer pieces, special orders, items with sequins and glitter.

• All accessories (necklaces, purses, belts, hats, scarves, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
